Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy involves light manipulation of the many joints from the head to the feet restoring normal central nervous system distribution throughout the body. This can be incredibly helpful for those suffering from traumatic injuries seen in whiplash to more tension type problems.
Pelvic Health
Pelvic floor dysfunction can be caused by a number of different reasons, therefore, there isn’t simply one solution. Like other physiotherapists, we assess and treat the body as a whole. This means we do not solely address the pelvic floor muscles because the body works as a system and should be addressed in such a way.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy embraces the concept of aiding the ability of the body to heal itself. RMT's are trained to evaluate individual health needs, and provide active and passive techniques for complete patient care. Massage therapy can help with muscular, skeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, nervous, and other systems of the body and is also known to help relieve symptoms of various musculoskeletal conditions. Massage Therapy may also be paired with Physiotherapy to provide more complete patient care.
