Fees
Physiotherapists in British Columbia are medical professionals and primary care practitioners. This means that patients often do not require a referral from a doctor. In some cases such as publicly funded programs and private insurance providers, a referral is necessary prior to treatment commencing. It is always best to check prior to booking your appointment.
To all of our valued current and future clients, please see below for the new fees (as of June 1st, 2023) for initial assessments and subsequent standard and specialized treatments. We thank you for your continued support.

Late Cancellation – No Show Policy
As of Oct. 18, 2021, our policy for late cancellations or no show’s is as follows:
- The first cancellation outside of 24 hours or no show is free, we understand things happen.
- No Show or Late Cancellation #2 & 3 the fee is $50.
- No Show or Late Cancellation #4 is the full price of the session you missed.
- No Show or Late Cancellation #5 is discharge from care.
All fees must be paid prior to attending the next appointment. If discharged, clients must pay any outstanding fees PRIOR to being able to book in for any new assessments.
We reserve your appointment time specifically for you, and in order to treat clients as efficiently as possible with waitlisting’s we appreciate ample notice as to not impact other appointments. If little to no notice is given, not only does the therapist lose out on the appointment, but the clients on the wait list miss out on the chance of treatment.
It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their appointments. We offer a couple options of reminder types for your appointments; reminder email’s 48 & 24 hours prior to your appointment, and a text message 3 hours prior to that day’s session. So, we strongly encourage our clients to use the reminder system to help with their appointments to help set them up for success in their treatment journey with us.

Payment may be made by direct billing your insurance provider, Visa, MasterCard or Debit. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Cash.
