Do you offer Walk-in Appointments?

Our office operates on scheduled appointments. Please call ahead to set up your appointment.

Is there anything I need to do for my first appointment?

You should arrive no sooner than 5 minutes early to reduce the amount of traffic in the clinic. All our paperwork is online and should be completed prior to your appointment.

What can I expect on my first visit?

On your initial visit, the therapist will:

– Ask a series of questions about the history of your condition
– Perform a thorough physical examination
– Explain your diagnosis
– Work together with you to plan an appropriate course of treatment
– Provide the first treatment
– Explain when you need to come again and how long the condition will take to treat

Am I responsible for my fees?

Clients are responsible for payment at the time of their appointment. We direct bill many 3rd-party insurers; call us to find out if your insurer is eligible for direct billing at our clinic. We will give you a receipt at each visit for fees paid. See Office Fees page for further information.

If I have to cancel or miss my appointment, is there a charge?

  • Cancellations or changes to appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • For Pelvic Health, Cranio-Sacral, and Scoliosis treatments, we require 48 hours’ notice.
  • No-shows or insufficient notice will result in a full charge equal to the appointment cost.
  • We understand that life happens! In the event of an emergency, exceptions to our policy may be made on a case-by-case basis.

What should I wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing: ie. shorts for knees/legs & tank tops for arms/shoulders. We also offer gowns or shorts for use.

How long will my appointment be?

Initial Assessment- 45 minutes.
Subsequent visits- 30 minutes.

Depending on your condition, appointment times may extend beyond these timelines.

What form of treatment can I expect?

Our clinic utilizes electrotherapy modalities such as Ultrasound, Laser, Interferential Current, T.E.N.S., and Electric Muscle Stimulation. We also offer treatment using Acupunture, Spinal Manipulation, Vestibular Rehabilitation (for Vertigo), and Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS). We are equipped with a traction bed for clients who require lumbar or cervical traction. We also have our treatment rooms outfitted with cable pulley systems, and various balancing implements. See “About Us” page for information on each of the therapists and what services they offer to our clinic. If you require any further information, please call our clinics below for help.

Tim was very knowledgeable and took the time to really get to know what was going on with my injuries. Tim knew what was up with my shoulder and worked very hard to produce the results I was hoping for when I made my massage therapy appointment. I will definitely be coming back!
