Do you offer Walk-in Appointments?
Our office operates on scheduled appointments. Please call ahead to set up your appointment.Is there anything I need to do for my first appointment?
You should arrive no sooner than 5 minutes early to reduce the amount of traffic in the clinic. All our paperwork is online and should be completed prior to your appointment.What can I expect on my first visit?
On your initial visit, the therapist will:
– Ask a series of questions about the history of your condition
– Perform a thorough physical examination
– Explain your diagnosis
– Work together with you to plan an appropriate course of treatment
– Provide the first treatment
– Explain when you need to come again and how long the condition will take to treat
Am I responsible for my fees?
Clients are responsible for payment at the time of their appointment. We direct bill many 3rd-party insurers; call us to find out if your insurer is eligible for direct billing at our clinic. We will give you a receipt at each visit for fees paid. See Office Fees page for further information.If I have to cancel or miss my appointment, is there a charge?
- Cancellations or changes to appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- For Pelvic Health, Cranio-Sacral, and Scoliosis treatments, we require 48 hours’ notice.
- No-shows or insufficient notice will result in a full charge equal to the appointment cost.
- We understand that life happens! In the event of an emergency, exceptions to our policy may be made on a case-by-case basis.

What should I wear?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing: ie. shorts for knees/legs & tank tops for arms/shoulders. We also offer gowns or shorts for use.How long will my appointment be?
Initial Assessment- 45 minutes.
Subsequent visits- 30 minutes.
Depending on your condition, appointment times may extend beyond these timelines.
