My goal is to teach you to understand your body and why pain is occurring in order to empower you and get you back to doing the activities that are most meaningful to you.

I grew up playing team sports such as hockey, baseball, basketball and volleyball, but have since taken a special interest to more individual endeavors such as weight training, snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking and scuba diving. On my days off you can catch me out on the water on my paddle board, or in the ocean freediving, looking to observe BC’s amazing marine biodiversity.
