Do you suffer from chronic pain that seems to persist month after month or even year after year? Perhaps you have a nagging pinching feeling in your shoulder that just won’t go away? Do you have an aching neck or low back where living with constant pain has become your new normal? Or maybe it’s a hip that is chronically tight and just never feels quite right. While all of these are common, they are not normal. I offer the most up to date evidence-based treatment focused on corrective exercise, education, and manual therapy so that we can work together to fix your pain at its source. I strive to perform detailed, personalized assessments in order to dig deep and identify the fundamental cause of your pain so that we can work together to optimize mind, body and movement. My goal is to teach you to understand your body and why pain is occurring in order to empower you and get you back to doing the activities that are most meaningful to you.

I grew up playing team sports such as hockey, baseball, basketball and volleyball, but have since taken a special interest to more individual endeavors such as weight training, snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking and scuba diving. On my days off you can catch me out on the water on my paddle board, or in the ocean freediving, looking to observe BC’s amazing marine biodiversity.
