Depending on your needs. I'll start by listening to why you're here. Assessing the functions you have against those that you would like to improve. What kind of soft tissue damage if any may be associated with pain or limited movement. Is it recent, acute or chronic with history?
I enjoy matching the best techniques from my suite of training tools to achieve results. The College of Massage Therapy requires that I continue learning and refining my skills in that I may offer relevant treatment procedures. I am excited to evolve as a practitioner and apply the most appropriate paradigms.

Massage has maintained a lifelong interest for me despite the many other opportunities I've taken. I have enjoyed some seasons of market gardening, crab fishing, tree planting and seen some remarkable sights here in B.C. Truly a magnificent place to explore.
