What can I do for you?
Working in many different clinical settings and spas has provided me with a broad experience of caring for people of all ages and needs. Using trigger point therapy, stretching, and deep tissue massage techniques I enjoy treating a wide variety of conditions.
While keeping the clinical side of things in mind I also understand that relaxation is an important part of our wellbeing, so I like to make sure my patients are comfortable and come out from their treatment with an overall sense of feeling rejuvenated.
How else can I help you?
I particularly enjoy working with women and families during the childbearing years. I have taken additional training in pregnancy, postpartum, and infant massage. Workplace related tension, chronic injuries, and tension headaches are also common things I see in my practice. However, I welcome all people into my practice and I am always up for a new challenge!
Want to know a little bit more about me?
When I am not massaging, you can find me running around Shawnigan Lake with my dog Callie and my daughters Grace and Maddison tagging along. You might also find me lacing up my skates to play ice hockey, or up on the mountain skiing and snowboarding.
