What can I do for you?
My treatment philosophy revolves around applying a holistic approach to tackling the health issues of each individual that I work with. By listening closely, assessing with detail, and treating with care and purpose, I work hard to build a strong therapeutic alliance with each and every one of my clients to ultimately get them back to doing the things that bring them joy in life. My passion lies in giving my clients back control of their health and the tools and education to take on any physical challenge they encounter in life.
How else can I help you?
During my training as a physiotherapist and career as a kinesiologist, I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of client populations, all the way from elite level athletes to weekend warriors, and hiking superstars to gardening aficionados. Furthermore, I have been exposed to treatment techniques with neurological clients including stroke, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis. By using a combination of manual therapies and movement re-education techniques, we will ultimately work together towards getting you moving better, stronger and longer when you’re doing what you love.
Want to know a little bit more about me?
I’m an Islander through and through, born and raised in Victoria BC and love everything about this lovely Island we get to call home. Throughout my youth, I competed at various levels of soccer, and ultimately was offered a scholarship to compete for Simon Fraser University in the NCAA. Now that I’m back on the Island, I hope to continue playing soccer locally and giving back to a community that made me who I am today. My fiancée and I love hiking with our big ol’ Leongberger (ask me about her!) and running in 10k races all around BC.
