Our Team at THRIVE NOW Physiotherapy

Trained physiotherapists ~ accurate diagnosis ~ best treatment possible

South Cowichan Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation was established in 1998 when Vince Avery originally opened his clinic in the Shawnigan Lake Village. In 2004, he moved his clinic to a new location in Cobble Hill where it continued to thrive in the growing surrounding communities. In 2010, the clinic was relocated to the Valleyview Center at #59-1400 Cowichan Bay Road. This move has doubled our space and allowed the clinic to expand to meet the needs of our clientele.

Registered Physiotherapist

I believe that every person has the ability to optimize their own physical well being. I will provide you with the guidance that is often required. Too often the focus of treatment is only the location of pain, while the causative factors are overlooked. This results in recurring pain and repeated treatment for the same issue. During your initial visit we will set meaningful goalssuch as preventing recurring pain or injury or addressing balance or mobility concerns that are negatively impacting your daily activities. Together we will achieve these goals.
